What safety measures and amenities are in place?The barn is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. There are also fire extinguishers mounted in various places. You should exercise traditional caution for being outdoors while visiting the Millar Oaks Ranch. It is rare, but we do come across the native animals in the mountains of California on our ranch, which includes snakes, bears, coyotes, and pigs. As a general rule, these animals shy away from areas that humans occupy.

Are medical services easily accessible from the vacation home?Our barn is an estimated 50 minutes from Saint Agnes Medical Center, a major Hospital in Fresno. Valley Children's Hospital is 45 minutes away. Camerena Health has an urgent care facility in Oakhurst 30 minutes away.

Is there a convenient shopping facility or market nearby for essentials?Dollar General is 15 minutes away. Coarsegold Market is 20 minutes away. Von's and Raleys (in Oakhurst) is 30 minutes away.
